Girls Varsity Fall Cheer
Off Season Training will be Thursdays from 4pm-6pm starting 1/17/19.
Meet in the pit dressed properly, tennis shoes & gym clothes with you hair out of your face. We will be doing various strength and conditioning exercises. Every athlete will have an outlined exercise program to use for training on their own time. There will be monthly testing to see the progress of each athlete. We will also be reviewing cheers, working on jumps, stunting, and tumbling. At the end of each practice we will be doing a team building exercise.
