Due to the MHSAA cancellation of spring sports, athletes that registered for a SPRING SPORT ONLY are eligible for a refund of fees paid to Rec & Ed for that season only.  If a student participated in a fall or winter sport, there is no reimbursement being issued. 

Please complete the Google Form below to process your refund.  If you have multiple students registered, you will need to complete the survey for each athlete.  Refunds will be given in the same form in which you paid.
