You can still get faster and stronger for your sport this summer in the Enhanced Summer Training Program at the Pit. This program is designed by Pioneer Strength Coach Brandon Webb, and is available to all Pioneer athletes, including incoming 1st year students.
The Enhanced Summer Program will include

Pre- and post-summer testing to measure results

Speed and agility training to improve quickness

Power development for explosive first-step speed

Athletic strength training to increase muscle mass and develop a more injury-resistant body

Weekly sports nutrition and hydration education

Recovery education- teaching young athletes the best way to recover from training sessions and get the most out of their efforts

Weekly virtual mobility sessions- keep athletic bodies moving well while they’re improving their strength

Guest speakers to address topics like perseverance in sports, what it takes to get to the top, and the value of character in sports
Program details:
-Workout 4 days per week, Monday-Thursday
-11am-12pm OR 5-6pm
-12 weeks of training (no workouts the week of the 4th of July), June 12-August 31
-$150 for the entire summer
