Player & Parent In Person Meeting. This is the only meeting before the season starts, so please make every effort to attend this meeting. Anyone interested in playing lacrosse this spring should attend.

Fall Training Sessions

Fall session will be Monday and Wednesday 4:45pm-6:00pm
- Sessions Start 9/7/22
- Sessions are outside and meet outside Hollway Complex Main St Field Gate
- No lacrosse experience necessary, anybody can join the sessions at anytime.
- Sessions Include: Sprinting (Races), Agility (Challenges), Strength & Mobility Training and Stickwork (Open Field)
