Pioneer suffers its first loss of the season to a seasoned DeWitt team. Although red hot from the field shooting 54% Pioneer struggled against the DeWitt pressure turning the ball over 25 times. In a losing effort, Pioneer was led by Mya Hicks with 11 points and 2 assists, followed by Asaria Turman with 8 points and 5 rebounds, and Lauren DeWolf 7 points and 4 assists. Pioneer plays Toledo Central Catholic on Saturday, December 15th in a cross border matchup.
