- Nov-Feb *STARTS TOMORROW
- Strength Training with Coach Ben in the PIT
- Monday & Wednesday 3:00pm-4:00pm
- Supplement with Running, Footwork & Stickwork on your own.
- Dec Holiday Break
- Open Gym / Skill Sessions with Coach Maghes in the Aux Gym
- Days and Times TBA

- Wide World Sports Ann Arbor Indoor Lacrosse League
- Days and Times TBA
- Jan 27th - Mar 10th
- Preseason Training with Coach Maghes/Murau in the Aux Gym
- Sundays 12:00pm-1:30pm, Tuesdays 7:30pm-9:00pm & Thursday 7:30pm-9:00pm
- Preseason Training is mandatory for returning Varsity Players. All other players are expected to be present.
